Question:
All orders within New Zealand incur a small delivery charge of $5.50, with the exception of rural deliveries which are $8.50. The carrier of your order will be Post Haste Couriers for New Zealand addresses and NZ Post for overseas deliveries. Our delivery standard is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of its receipt from Monday to Friday, and unless unusually large, will be sent to you by overnight courier. You should always receive your delivery within 2 to 4 working days of placing your order, excluding rural deliveries where we allow an additional two days. We can arrange to send items overseas; however delivery charges vary, and will depend on the destination, weight and size of your purchase.
